Marc Hepton

In 2009 when Marc gave his life to Jesus Christ his life was so far removed from what it is today. Trapped in a life of addiction, God used the ministry of Teen Challenge UK to start the healing and recovery process. As a new Christian Marc wanted to share the love of Christ with those trapped in similar circumstances. 

By the time Marc married Jana in 2014, God had provided opportunities for him to volunteer with Teen Challenge in London sharing the Gospel with people experiencing homelessness & addiction. 

Marc & Jana settled in Newport, South Wales where Marc continued to work in the Housing & Homeless sector as an operations manager for a small faith-based Homeless charity. Marc worked alongside churches of different denominations and other key stakeholders to deliver a range of projects which included an emergency night shelter, drop-in and street outreach services. Through engagement with these projects, service users were able to access Christian residential rehabilitation programmes and it was during this time that Marc completed a project management qualification.

ECM are acting as a sending agency for Marc as he has been accepted as a missionary working with Trans World Radio (TWR) in Bratislava, Slovakia. Marc will be working as a project manager for the Europe & CAMENA region (Central Asia, Middle East & North Africa). TWR are a mass media organisation reaching people for Christ across the Globe. 

Marc & Jana have two children, Livia & Henry.
