European Christian Mission (ECM) aims to send workers to Europe to be a part of reaching this continent for Jesus. We need suitably gifted mobilisers (or recruiters) to help find and raise up suitable gospel workers for Europe and for ECM specifically.
SEEKING EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST FOR MOBILISERS IN SYDNEY & MELBOURNE
We would like to recruit and train paid mobilisers for 2022 in Sydney & Melbourne.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are praying for individuals or couples with these characteristics:
- Godly Christian leaders
- People with good relational and organisational skills
- Passionate about God’s mission in hard and far-away places (like Europe)
- A proven fundraiser (as the role requires you to raise a portion of your own salary).
WHAT WOULD YOU BE DOING?
- Raise awareness of Europe’s mission needs and opportunities for service with ECM through a strategic presence at Bible colleges, churches, mission events and online.
- To empower people to find their place in God’s mission through presentations, conversations and mentorship.
- To help realise mobilisation events as part of a wider mobilisation strategy.
- For those who should be considered for ECM missionary service, to serve as a guide and facilitate their application process.
